Operating Instructions:

• Plug the charger into power source, making sure (+) and (-) signs are properly aligned, or the safety fuse will be burned out.

• Turn on the switch, the power indicator light will on blue. The condition LED indicator light will flash in one second to indicate the self-examination, when self-examination has finished, the light will off.

• Confirm the voltage and numbers of the battery pack, select the moderate charging terminal, making sure the connection of (+) and (-) polarity are proper.
